Creating a Successful EV Program

The Lone Star Clean Fuels Alliance and CAPCOG are rescheduling this program to a later date as a precautionary measure to assist with limiting the possible spread of COVID-19. Please check back for future dates of this program and others.

The Lone Star Clean Fuels Alliance and CAPCOG are conducting an electric vehicle workshop that will cover best practices for developing an electric vehicle fleet program and funding sources for implementing a program and installing infrastructure.

The workshop is intended for private and public sector fleet managers and will cover the following topics:

  • Available Vehicle Overview
  • Developing an EV Program Plan
  • Charging Equipment—What to Consider
  • User Panels
  • Equipment Displays
  • Vehicle and Infrastructure Incentives Available
  • Medium and Heavy Duty Charging Options

Before and after the workshop there will be a chance to network with other fleet managers and to view electric vehicles. This will take place from 8 to 9 a.m. and 1 to 2 p.m.
