Are you seeking a course to bring your team closer? Are you looking for a way to encourage creativity and improve communication and collaboration? Perhaps you seek to build trust amongst team members and improve employee morale and confidence. Have you recognized that happy employees work harder, are more engaged, perform at higher levels, build better relationships, and can see the “big picture?”  This class will discuss the five strategies to build team trust and focus on the seven tenets of team building, including eleven steps to developing successful teams and setting smart goals. This course also delves into the need for strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and respect for diversity.

Tracy C. Ertl owns and operates  HeroLight Training, LLC, a training & leadership company. Tracy spent three decades as a 911 professional taking and supervising life-saving calls, bringing that heart-pounding relevancy and perspective into the training courses provided by HeroLight Training LLC. In addition, she is a nationally recognized instructor on numerous public safety communications topics and specializes in crisis negotiations, active shooter incident management, health & stress management, and leadership empowerment.

Tracy C.
